Invitation Features
- Invitations to Participate Invitations to participate in a survey can be created for unlimited number of potential respondents. Email invitations can be sent to indivdual users, user groups, emails or email lists.
- Message Sending Any number of messages can be sent to the contact list of an invitation. TopSurvey makes it easy to send messages to recipients based on certain criteria (for example, to those who haven't responded yet).
- Message Scheduling Messages can be sent manually (immediately) or scheduled to be sent later at a specified time.
- Effectiveness TopSurvey architecture allows for sending very large numbers of messages. During the sending process the administrator's interface is fully functional and the load on the server is minimized.
- Tracking Each invitation message is uniquely tied to its recipient's email address. This makes it possible to view the status of each recipient (for example, completed/didn't complete a survey) and act accordingly (perhaps by sending a reminder or a "thank you" message).
