Report Features

  • Flexible Content Creation All report pages and items in them are created separately by indicating their individual positions. This allows for a high level of report customization. Automatic report generation is also available which is a simpler and faster parameter-based alternative to manual report creation.
  • Multiple Item Types Choose from various report items such as summary tables, crosstabs, matrix summary tables, statistics tables and charts. Each item can be connected to different types of related questions.
  • Crosstab Analysis Crosstabs make it easier to analyze the relation between answers to different questions.
  • HTML Content Blocks HTML content blocks can be placed on survey pages just like any question can. These blocks can contain any content which is managed using the integrated WYSIWYG editor. The editor is intuitive to use because of its functionality that is similar to most popular desktop word processing applications such as Microsoft Word or OpenOffice.org Writer.
  • Detailed View of Individual Responses Each response contains detailed information about the answers of the respondent as well as additional metadata. Every response can be viewed separately.
  • Response Filters (not applicable to Plan A) Any report or its item can be customized by applying condition-based response filters to them. Response filtering makes it possible to restrict responses used to generate report data to only those that satisfy certain conditions. There are multiple condition types to choose from: a question was answered/not answered, specific answer options were selected/not selected, a respondent attribute contains/does not contain some value, etc.
  • Conditional Expressions (not applicable to Plan A) Individual conditions can be combined into logical expressions. This makes it possible to create complicated conditions that are evaluated according to boolean logic rules. For example, "A or (B and C)" (here A, B and C are individual conditions).
