User Management Features
- User Groups Individual users can be assigned to different groups. If needed, groups can be organized into a hierarchy (tree). Grouping makes user management and searching more convenient.
- General Access Control Each user or user group can be assigned various permissions that allow or deny different types of access to certain entity types.
- Entity Access Control TopSurvey makes it possible to override global user permissions and set permissions to control access to specific entities (for example, edit the content of a report, create reports for a survey, etc).
- Permission Inheritance The permissions of a user or group are inherited from ancestor groups. This makes permission management more efficient because it reduces the number of users or groups that need to have permissions set explicitly.
